We welcome contractors as Program Allies under our single and multi-family programs for both new construction and existing construction.

Allies can participate in training that will enhance their ability to increase homeowners’ comfort, safety and durability, specify and install appropriate measures, and minimize callbacks. In many cases Allies can also access Cash-Back Rewards.

At present more than 1,600 firms are allied with one or more WECC programs.

Energy Finance Solutions (EFS) is a service offered by Wisconsin Energy Conservation Corporation (WECC). WECC is an authorized underwriter and originator of Fannie Mae's Energy Efficiency Improvement Loans. EFS, working with utilities, contractors, contractor associations and equipment distributors, offers homeowners throughout the United States financing for energy efficiency home improvements.
