The Home Performance with ENERGY STAR® program is partnering with heating and air conditioning contractors to help Wisconsin consumers make informed choices about heating and air conditioning equipment purchases. This component of the Home Performance with ENERGY STAR program is known as the Efficient Heating and Cooling Initiative.
This component of the program provides Cash-Back Rewards for qualifying furnaces, central air conditioners, boilers and water heaters with flue closure.
