Several WECC programs partner with Building Scientists (we term them Consultants). Consultants work with homeowners of both new and existing homes to provide home energy ratings and energy efficiency consulting services.
Twice annually, WECC screens applications from people who are interested in becoming Raters/Consultants. If you are accepted into the program, you'll complete 6-10 full days of training, after which you'll take a certification test to begin providing services.
