Sue Durst
Director, Human Resources

Sue Durst recruits the talent behind WECC's energy efficiency and renewable energy programs. In addition to growing and retaining an effective, satisfied workforce, Sue is responsible for administering the company's compensation and benefits plans, ensuring compliance with labor and employment laws, facilitating staff development and training, overseeing the employee performance-review process and fostering positive employee relations to ensure WECC remains a great place to work.

Previously, Sue spent several years as a recruiter for a worldwide staffing service. In addition, she served as case manager for a social services agency in charge of finding vocational opportunities for adults with developmental disabilities. Sue earned a bachelor's degree in sociology and psychology from Edgewood College.
