The Wisconsin ENERGY STAR Homes Program is transforming Wisconsin's residential new construction market into one in which consumers demand, and the market delivers, homes that are more energy efficient than required by the current state energy code.
The Home Performance with ENERGY STAR Program is designed as an effective intervention strategy for encouraging the use of a whole-house approach to address the energy needs of existing homeowners.
