Wisconsin Energy Conservation Corporation has developed and implemented community-based energy efficiency projects for investor owned and municipal utilities in Wisconsin for over 5 years. In addition, WECC has prepared several manuals and program guides on the effecitve3 development and implementation of such programs as well as published various papers on this topic. Some examples of WECC’s projects include the New London Resource Project for the New London Municipal Utilities; the Park Falls community project for Northern States Power Company (now Xcel Energy); and the Horicon-Mayville community project for Wisconsin Power & Light Company.
