Energy Finance Solutions (EFS).
EFS is an authorized underwriter and originator of energy efficiency loans. It works with utilities, contractors, and other agencies to offer residential customers a simple, affordable way to finance energy efficiency improvements.
Qualified homeowners can use the loan program to finance eligible improvements including:
- Heating and cooling equipment
- Insulation and windows
- Water heaters
- ENERGY STAR® qualified appliances
- And much more!
EFS has worked with 14 sponsors in 13 states to finance over $64 million in energy improvements.
