Regional Director - Midwest Energy Programs (Indiana)

We are WECC - a national leader in energy efficiency and renewable energy services. Our growing organization has an immediate need for a Regional Director - Midwest Energy Programs in our Indianapolis office.

Successful applicants will be responsible for managing the development and delivery of WECC's energy efficiency programs for residential and business clients in assigned midwest states outside of Wisconsin.

Responsibilities include: manage the start-up and on-going implementation of WECC's energy programs ensuring programs meet or exceed energy savings goals, revenue and profitability targets and client expectations, develop and manage successful working relationships with existing clients and develop relationships with prospective clients, managing the preparation of proposals and negotiating contracts.

Qualifications include: Bachelor's degree in business or equivalent or ten years experience in the design and implementation of energy programs required. Master's degree in business, engineering, economics, marketing energy analysis or related field of study preferred. Ten years experience in the management of energy programs including prior experience with program design, contracting, forecasting, project management and staff management is desirable.
