Programs Director - Energy Efficiency (Indiana)

We are WECC - a national leader in energy efficiency providing design, implementation and management services for energy efficiency program portfolios. Our growing organization has an immediate need for an Energy Efficiency Programs Director in our Indianapolis office.

The Programs Director is responsible for directing the design, implementation and assessment of energy efficiency programs that result in the achievement of energy savings, profitability and customer satisfaction goals. To accomplish this, the Programs Director will work closely with the Client Services Directors to understand customer needs, expectations, deliverables, timelines, budgets, goals and other requirements to successfully deliver the required results.

Our ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration along with 5 years of experience in the management of energy efficiency programs including: contracting, budget management, forecasting, program planning, project management and staff management. Demonstrated leadership, supervision/mentoring, and team building skills are a must.
