Group Life and AD&D Insurance

All employees working 30 or more hours per week are eligible. New employees are eligible for coverage the first of the month following the date of hire. Full life and AD&D insurance coverage, 100% paid by WECC, equal to 1x annual salary; 2x annual salary for accidental death.
 
Premium is 100% paid by WECC.
Group Long-Term Disability Insurance
 
Mutual of Omaha
All employees working 30 or more hours per week are eligible. New employees are eligible for coverage the first of the month following the date of hire. Benefits are payable should the employee be unable to work due to illness or injury. There is a 120-day waiting period before benefits begin. Benefits equal to 67% of the employee's normal monthly salary.
 
Premium is 100% paid by WECC.
Voluntary Short Term Disability Insurance

New employees working at least 30 hours per week are eligible for coverage the first of the month following date of hire. Benefits are payable should the employee be unable to work due to illness or injury. There is a 14-day waiting period before benefits begin. Benefits are equal to 60% of the employee's normal monthly salary.
 
Premium is paid by the employee.
Voluntary Term Life, Voluntary Dependent Term Life, and Voluntary AD&D Insurance

New employees working at least 30 hours per week are eligible for coverage the first of the month following date of hire. Premium is paid by the employee.
