Press Releases

WECC celebrated the opening of our new high-performance, sustainably-designed office facility on June 27, 2007. Several hundred staff, building partners, neighbors and invited guests attended the WECC Open House showcasing the newly designed LEED Gold Building to learn more about the design features that make our building good for employees, good for the bottom line, good for the environment and good for generations to come!

Greg Franta, Principal Architect with the Rocky Mountain Institute, also shared his inspiring insights on Making the Business Case for Sustainable Development. All had the opportunity to meet and talk with our building partners, tour the facility and join us for refreshments.
