Full-time employee contribution:
  • Single: $75.76/month
  • Single + Spouse: $174.22/month
  • Single + Child/Children: $143.92/month
  • Family: $227.24/month
Domestic partner benefits are also available.

Flexible Spending Plan Eligible from date of hire for full-time employees. After hire, additions or changes occur on January 1. $2,500 maximum per year for medical expenses
 
$5,000 maximum per year for dependent care expenses
